LIMITED SUPPLY SPECIAL OFFER. ONCE ALL AVAILABLE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED, THE OFFER SHALL BE OVER.

1. Participation in Limited Offer.

Beginning on May 26, 2026, Little Caesars ("Sponsor") will be selling one hundred (100) boxes (each a "Blind Box") containing certain items of Little Caesars merchandise (the "Available Items") for the price of $20 (U.S.) (plus any applicable taxes), on hotnreadyshop.com (the "Site") while supplies last (the "Offer"). The Site shall be live until June 22, 2026 or until all Blind Boxes have been purchased, whichever occurs earlier. Upon purchase of Blind Box, you agree to be responsible for all taxes associated with that purchase (if any). All terms and conditions for the Site apply.

Selection of Available Items and sizing for apparel will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and purchasers will not have any ability to choose specific items or item sizing to be included in their Blind Box or to request replacements of any items received in their Blind Box. Number, availability, and size of Available Items is approximate, and Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that any or all of a given Available Item or size of Available Item will be given out. All purchases are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. No substitutions or cash redemptions, and Offer is not transferable. You agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and other activities that occur under your name and/or account.

Blind Boxes and Available Items therein are for personal use only and are not for resale. All purchases are subject to Sponsor policies and procedures relating to shipping and delivery, and delivery of Blind Boxes requires a U.S. street address (no P.O. boxes). Items will be delivered via standard ground shipping within the U.S. and purchasers shall receive the item within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase. Posted prices do not include sales tax, which will be charged to you when applicable. No coupons, discount codes, or other promotions may be applied to the purchase.

2. Eligibility Requirements.

To participate, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.) and at least 18 years of age or older at time of participation ("Eligibility Requirements"). Void outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law. Purchases or attempted purchases generated by script or bot are not eligible. Limit one (1) Blind Box per eligible transaction.

3. General Conditions.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be engaging in fraud or undermining the legitimate operation of this Offer or acting in an abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or disruptive manner or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Offer should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, cheating, fraud, epidemics, pandemics or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Offer. Sponsor is not responsible for late, non-compliant, or misdirected requests. Requests not complying with all Offer requirements will not be honored. Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of this Offer is prohibited and constitutes fraud. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor does not warrant that any product, service or description, photograph, pricing or other information on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to correct such error and otherwise change or update the information on the Site at any time without notice, revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) and/or cancel your order and refund any amount charged.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, McKinney Ventures LLC, and their advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from and against any liability, loss, claims or causes of action arising out of participation in the Offer and/or receipt, use or misuse of any Blind Box or Available Item, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Offer; (b) technical, mechanical or printing errors; (c) the administration of the Offer (including any errors or unavailability of any Blind Boxes or Available Items) and/or the processing fulfillment or redemption of requests; and/or (d) product liability and/or personal injury claims, including without limitation any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Offer or receipt or use of any Blind Box or Available Item. You further agree that in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

4. Disputes.

The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Terms, including, without limitation, the Offer. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Offer shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Michigan, Wayne County.

THESE TERMS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF THEREOF SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY CONFLICT OF LAW RULES TO THE CONTRARY.

For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Terms and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Terms and/or the Offer, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to Wayne County in the State of Michigan. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

5. Use of Data.

By participating in the Offer, you agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://hotnreadyshop.com/policies/privacy-policy.
